My Process & Expertise

  • I love talking to people. I believe empathy can only go so far, and you can’t truly “walk in someone’s shoes” until you’ve seen where they kick them off at night. And even then, there are limits. In my practice, research and co-creation are essential steps to not only listening to the user, but including their voice in the final product.
